The Rockin’ Ravers started as a Beatles-type band playing in The Golden Age of The Flats in the 1980s. They have since played at virtually every nightclub, public venue and private venue in Northeast Ohio, including The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The Terrace Club at Progressive Field, The Club Lounges at Browns First Energy Stadium and The Zoo. They have played at events from Riverfest to the Cotillion Ball, opened for national acts and appeared on TV. The band’s repertoire has expanded to over 300 songs, including Oldies, Motown, Classic Rock, Big 80s and more from the 50s to today. The current lineup of The Rockin’ Ravers has been playing together without a change in personnel since the early 90s. The members are Kevin Alexander on lead guitar and vocals, Steve Koleszar on lead vocals and guitar, Chip Sansom on bass and vocals and Kim Kazda on drums. They are all long-time veterans of the Cleveland music scene, from such popular bands as Champion, City Heat, The Shooters and the legendary Damnation of Adam Blessing. If you are looking for the best in danceable, high-energy rock & roll, come to The Rockin’ Ravers’ next gig!
